GT Gadgets Shipping Policy
Customers will receive an email order confirmation to verify that we have received your order.
All order in the US are processed, shipped, and delivered in an estimated 12-24 days.
Orders outside of the US may take extended time for delivery.
Orders with multiple items, may ship separately.
Customers will be notified again by email when your order is fulfilled and shipped with tracking information.

GT Gadgets Refund Policy
GT Gadgets offers a 30 day return policy on all returns and exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and new condition.
All new or used returns that are not deemed as defective or damaged are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns on electronic devices unless authorized by us.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):
Defective or damaged items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. If you need to return or exchange an item, send us an email at email@example.com for return instruction
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without the use of a reputable shipping service and/or shipping insurance.
